Estimate

dynamics of project management including HR and communication aspects of
effective team building and management. · Establish a dependable project monitoring and control system. |

Those who successfully complete the program will get a certificate from CSI which is highly rated in the industry and those who want to appear for the PMP certification exam will be able to claim prerequisite mandatory 36 contact hours of education based on participation in the program. Participants will be given PMBOK (Version 4.0), training material including case studies and exercises. Each participant will also given a CD containing mock examinations simulation, exercises with answers and explanations and tutorials. |

Prof. V K Garg M. Tech (IIT A post graduate from I.I.T. Delhi, He carries 35 years of rich experience in the field of Project Management and has been associated with leading companies during the last 35 years. He has worked in varying capacities with organizations like A F Fergusson, Larsen & Toubro, Zenith Computers, NITIE, Lupine laboratories, Rolta and other software companies. He has commendable practical experience in the area of bidding, software estimation and risk assessment. He has also created his own methodologies for estimating ERP projects where no other estimation techniques were available. As a Technical Advisor with a leading Management Consulting firm, he has strategised the estimation and risk management processes for their software projects. He is acknowledged expert in the various areas of Software Management and authored best selling books on various subject including ERP and SSAD. He has been associated as Expert with various World Bank sponsored projects. Past ten years he has been conducting corporate training and consultancies in the areas of estimation, IEEE Standards ,business process analysis and project management. |
